Outlook: Coach Dey has reassembled the staff that saw the Mustangs compete for two Regional Crowns in the Mid 90’s. An improved defense will anchor the young Mustangs as they look to find the right combinations to put the ball in the net. 5 Freshman starters last year have another year of experience to draw on and are joined by several newcomers who show skill and ability with the ball.
Zelaya will work up front with Toussaint to beef up an attack that scored just 7 goals last year. Van Meer and Eppenstein will distribute in the middle as Jones and Cameron run the range for the Mustangs. Hall, in his second season, will tend the goal while Groom, Crawford, Woodard, Duarte, and McKenrick solidify the back. Viator and Van Meer may hold the key to distribution and scoring.
